How do I manage my orders and deliveries? +

Every order placed in your store appears in your dashboard in real time. From there you can confirm the order, update its status, and hand it to a delivery partner. Buyers are notified at each step, so both sides always know where an order stands.

What payment methods do you support? +

We support various payment options including QR code payments, card payments, cash payments, and mobile payments through our integrated Whish Pay system.
